The project of completing the interior work in all respects for this prestigious airconditioned office within stipulated schedule of 30 days was an extraordinary effort in fast but effective designing, time & human resources management and supervision. All existing furniture and material was used which was an additional challenge. The office comprises of an reception & waiting lounge , conference room , Managers' cabins , staff workstations , storage spaces and toilets within a tight limited builtup area of 1,200 sft. Steam Beech design laminate with a combination of Beige , off white colour shades with a tinge of Orange in R. lounge add to the overall elegant and pleasing formal ambience of the office.
CORPORATE OFFICE AT PUNE
Builtup area : 2,000 sft.
An utilitarian plan was executed with a/c. conference room , & Managing Director's Cabin on opposite sides of reception lounge & services on entrance side and centrally located Manager's cabins & staff cubicles with individual overhead storage units ; translating the original dull and neutral space into dynamic interiors . Elegant modular furniture in combinations of Steam Beech veneered finish , fresh beige and cream laminates for full office give an international , decent yet aesthetic appearance to the interiors.

The core concept of design for the 3rd consecutive office we planned for this software dev. com. was to merge tailormade and modular furniture in an impressive way with fluency in overall circulation with respect to the interrelation of various areas right from reception lounge to C.E.O. cabin. Fresh olive green and ivory colour scheme is selected for cubicle modular furniture for programmers & veneer finished tailormade furniture for entrance lounge , conference room and C.E.O. cabin turning the whole office into a fresh , bright and yet pleasing designed space.

We provided interior design consultancy for this software product dev. company's 2nd consecutive office through careful planning , detailing and numbering of existing furniture and translating this data into new layout thus resulting in an professional exercise beneficial to them in terms of planning as well as budgeting.

Builtup area : 600 sft.
A huge reception lounge and waiting area for the innumerable visitors of Chairman of the famous Jog Education Trust , Prof. & small clerical area secluded by clever planning without an apparent door were planned on either side of reception. A unique partition finished with black & silver combination of reflective films from external side and rich veneer finish on internal side of cabin was probably used for the first time in interiors. Cabin furniture which consists of a wooden executive consultation table with a combination of European Burl veneer & black polished Indian veneer ; was highlighted by an inverted saucer shaped illuminaire giving a false effect of a fireplace. |

After studying the various aspects of day today working , segregation of visitors , staff and actual operations areas was done on the basis of detailed analysis. Customers lounge, supervisors' cabins customer care & operations' depts. were planned on the ground floor for their easy accessibility for all customers & visitors and accounts dept. & executive cabin were planned on the first floor. C. C. T.V. was installed with strategically positioned cameras for security of documents and parcels within sto. areas.

2 BHK FLAT AT PUNE
Builtup area : 1,075 sft.
A skilful combination of designer living room furniture fitted with cleverly hidden lighting fixtures can change the ambience from languid & dreamy to vibrant & refreshingly bright. The living cum dining room has been fitted with an antique swing serving as additional seating lending an archaic effect. Childrens' bedroom has unique colourful laminates and matching handles for wardrobes and other furniture with bunkerbed in matching colour scheme.

One living room was converted into dining room cum entrance lobby and other was kept intact of this large residence comprising of 2nos. of adjoining 2 bhk flats. Guest bedrooms are planned on opposite side of the M. Bedroom and C. Bedroom. One bedroom near the M. Bedroom was successfully converted into a sound proof executive cabin for the intensive research to be done there by our Doctorate client. Carpeting , interesting use of veneer , laminates , stain glass , decorative hardware , lustre paint has been executed to impart calm and peacefulness to the home. Indirect incandescent lighting gives a mellow effect to the ambience in living and dining room

2 BHK FLAT AT PUNE .
Builtup area : 950 sft.
Living room has part false ceiling with fluorescent white as well as incandescent yellow lighting fixtures controlled by dimmers which create various moods . Special polyurethane coating was applied over normal melamine polished veneer surfaces of all furniture items. C. Bedroom has been cleverly planned with a bunker bed to save floor space and all its furniture is finished with Duco high lustre paint ( usually used over automobiles ) in Egg white and blue combination imparting to it a vibrant yet decent look . A large horizontal chest of drawers is created below the window sill for easy storage of innumerable toys , additional clothes etc. M. Bedroom furniture is inspired by African designs yet has been done with easy-to-maintain detailing.

An intelligently artistic and aesthetic play of curves has been incorporated with black as base colour. Living room's furniture has black & brown Burl combination while M. Bedroom wardrobes have full height curves in the combination of black and pearl white laminates & curved stainless steel handles giving it an international and striking appearance. Wardrobes have first-of-its-kind utility in the form of removable powder coated basket drawers for clothes and accessories.
