This ( 2 BHKD ) bungalow design is a combination of exposed brick work on all sides and plastered & painted R.C.C. structure simultaneously lending a subtle & intense exquisite look to the building as a whole. The present building is positioned at one side of the plot keeping in mind the space for the adjoining bungalow at the future expansion phase.

Effective use of circulation in proper way with living room , dining room, kitchen , bedroom and toilet block on ground floor and 3 bedrooms , attached toilet blocks and terrace overlooking the road front on 1 st floor create a simple & elegant modern private residence. Vibrant colour combinations in the interiors balances the rustic external finishes & paint shades of this building.

window openings & terraces are planned on 2 nd , 3 rd
& 4 th floors on west side for employees to spill out
when needed ; giving a totally international and visually
striking appearance to the building as a whole.

accommodate all necessary furniture and hence the complete furniture layouts have

COUNTRY HOUSE CAMPUS AT WELHE , MAHARASHTRA
Builtup area : 3,500 sft.
A scattered site plan defines the basic logic of
natural living designed for this huge country house and its allied architectural
development at the foothills of a fort in Maharashtra. Design of the basic owner's residential unit is amalagamtion of 2 triangular modules in a creative manner with
central sitout & no typical walls in between two separate areas of the house. Bedroom
& toilet shares its individual privacy only due to the thoughtful planning and has sufficiently large & varied seating library / living areas.The whole development uses
this triangular module for visitors' cottages , dining hall & Auditorium. Locally available material , rough textures , sloping roofs , earthen colour shades lend a rugged look to
this House in the Hills .
FARMHOUSE AT PUNE
Builtup area : 1,350 sft.
A striking design having a perfect blend of tradition & sofistication trimmed with logical & ergonomical planning creates an exotic ambience within this structure. The 2 BHKD farmhouse presents totally different yet breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape & distant Khadakwasala backwaters from every room emcompassing the full vision. A clear semicircular covered sitout connects the two ends of the house & brings the outdoors inside.
FARMHOUSE AT PUNE
Builtup area : 1,350 sft.
Serene & simple , this large farmhouse ( 3 BHDK ) is a combination of thoughtful planning , smooth textures & earthy colour shades with spacious sitout for enjoying the beauty of nature in all seasons. Parking is carefully hidden below a bedroom using natural contours of the plot. The sloping roof with green roof tiles almost parallel to the gradient of the plot gives an interesting look to this house.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE AT PUNE

The main restriction of using only 9.2 Mt. X 7.29 Mt. Plinth area was turned to advantage by careful & grid wise planning. As lift was not feasible only G + 2 floors were designed creating an elegant yet modern ambience for this ( 3 BHKD ) house in the extended central area of the city
